This policy covers EARLYBRIGHTGLOBAL LLC, operating as Agentlen ("we"), at https://agentlen.app and quote pages we host for client businesses.

What we collect

Name, business name, mobile number, email address, and the text of your request when you submit a form on our site or a quote page we host. When you call or text a tracking number we operate, we record the caller number, time, and message content. We log IP address and browser type for security.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule demos and installs, send the messages you asked for, alert the client business about its own leads, and report response times and booked jobs to that client. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

SMS opt-in data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only to send the messages you consented to. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Message frequency is up to 4 messages per month for demo requests; frequency varies for client quote pages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Sharing

We use service providers to deliver texts, calls and email (for example Twilio and Resend) and to process payments (Stripe). They process data only on our instructions. Leads submitted on a client business's quote page are shared with that client business, which is the business you contacted.

Retention and your choices

We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your information.
