Terms of Service and SMS Program Terms

These terms govern use of https://agentlen.app, quote pages we host, and the Agentlen text messaging program operated by EARLYBRIGHTGLOBAL LLC.

Program description

The Agentlen messaging program sends texts to business owners who request a demo or pilot, covering demo links, scheduling, and pilot setup updates. Quote pages we host for client businesses send texts on behalf of that named client business to consumers who called or submitted a quote request to it.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month for demo requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (301) 234-8934.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service terms

Pilot and setup fees are due as quoted. A paid pilot fee is credited in full against the setup fee if the client continues. Clients own their accounts, numbers and data. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
